NEW YORK (Reuters) - Online gaming group Zynga Inc. is holding talks with potential investors which could lead to it raising $250 million in new funding, the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday.

New investors include Pappas Ventures and Morningside Group; other investors include Sanderling Ventures, Canaan Partners, Alta Partners, Asset Management Co., Frazier Healthcare Ventures and New Leaf Venture Partners.
